Rock Star Gymnastics Academy

At Rock Star Gymnastics Academy we offer both Recreation and Competitive Classes to both Boys and Girls, as young as 12 months on Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, Rings, Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, Trampoline and Tumbling for Cheer Leading. Our kids are eligible to either perform and dance in Community Events, Performance Meets or Compete in Competitions as soon as they register. Our classes promote flexibility, confidence, strength, discipline, respect, fun and a welcoming family experience. We offer Private Lessons, Birthday Party Packages, Leotards, T-shirts, Shorts, Warm-Ups & Parents Night Out events where we babysit the kids while parents shop or have a date night for 4 hours! We always offer a FREE trial class and even do Make-Ups!

Rock Star Gymnastics Academy was founded by Lonna Cornwall (Arballo) in Jan ’08. We’ve had 4 expansions since then and love our NEW location at 3065 Beyer Blvd, San Diego, CA 92154 with Private Parking, Two bathrooms and Two-Stories! So our Parent and Tots have their own space!

Miss Lonna is the Owner of Rock Star Gymnastics Academy and a Native of the Area. She has over 20 years experience coaching Gymnastics and has been in the Industry for 30+ years! Her desire is to offer a place for the children of the area to all have an opportunity to learn how to be “Solid as a Rock… And Shine like a Star” with the help of Gymnastics.
